Pool Party Book Tag | Bookending Summer 2019

Hi Dreamers!

Today I’m doing a tag originally posted by the lovely Theresa @ The Calico Books (who by the way has the best blog name ever!) This is part of Bookending Summer!

Bookend events were created by Sam @ FictionallySam and Clo @ BookDragons. (Two great bloggers and you should check them out!) They host these quarterly events to bring our book blogging community a little closer. They have hosts and prompts and even a tidyathon! (See full explanation post here.

Today’s post is the Pool Party Book Tag and was posted as the prompt for July 5th. (For more info on my crash course style BESummer see here. )

  • Answer the prompts.
  • Tag some friends.
  • Link back to this post, and be sure to mention the creator (Theresa @ The Calico Books)
  • Have fun!

Who Owns the Pool?

So for my pool party, I’m going to say Wrath and Beth from The Black Dagger Brotherhood own the pool. One because royal pool party and it’s mentioned in the series that they own the pool. And also because their pool is indoor I can have all the vampires I want there. Problems solved before they happen!

Has the Best Party Games

I feel like Mimi from Blue Bloods would have some pretty kickass (and adult) games. Probably very inappropriate games, but when you’ve lived 1,000 lives I guess you pick up some stuff.

Brings the Food

Has to be Rhage from The Black Dagger Brotherhood. (and not just because I’m so obviously in a book-hangover sorry-not sorry). Rhage gets food and he’d totally bring enough for an army (if he didn’t eat it first).

The Lifeguard

Ben from Descendants. Hands down one of the most protective characters I can think of off the top of my head. He’s just so adorably caring he’d be a great lifeguard without being overprotective and killing the party.

Has the Perfect Playlist

Sam from Perks of Being a Wallflower. I cannot think of a character more musically driven from anything I’ve read. Music is what makes Sam Sam and can you imagine all the cool indie and throwback hits she’d play? Perfect!

So that’s my very eclectic pool party. Who would you bring? Consider yourself tagged and let me know!
