July 2019 Wrap-Up

Hi Dreamers!
I know I haven’t been on a lot this month. It was a really rough month. I’m not going to get into it all because it’s a lot of really personal stuff, but I’m hoping to be back at it again next month.
That being said, I did a kind of “crash-course” for my #BESummer Posts which were pretty much my only posts this month. I had fun doing them and there’s still a few more I made graphics for and didn’t get around to so I might do them late. I did do a lot of tidying though. I also did a lot of SEO work and I’m still plugging away on those behind the scenes projects!
As for Camp NaNoWriMo I made 25/30 pages towards my master’s application which is pretty good. Speaking of application, I also got back into my honor’s societies and Her Campus as an alumnus! It’s good to feel involved again even from so far away.
I mostly hid this month and I’m sorry about that, but as your reading this I’m on a romantic vacation with Josie (travel posts when I get back!) and hopefully, I’ll come back refreshed and ready to tackle the world.
July 2019 Accomplishments
This month I started an apprenticeship for digital marketing, started my driving lessons despite major driving anxiety, became a member of the Girl Boss Community, and Tech Ladies, and started working on my novel again!
This month was a roller coaster. Some personal and family stuff was pretty rough. I’m just thankful for my blogging community around this blog for sticking with me on off months like this. I’m one person and I’m human so it’s relieving to know after off months you guys will still be here.
July Posts

It’s a shortlist with no reviews to speak of, sorry. I will be doing some more reviews soon that aren’t Black Dagger Brotherhood, promise! But I will also be catching up with that series, too. I might have a book haul soon as I picked up a bunch at Barnes and Noble now that I’m all caught up on my vampire boys. Let me know what books you want me to read below!

What Am I Reading?
I’m currently reading Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis and LOVING it! I’m thinking of doing some more #GirlBoss stuff here because dang has this journey been nearly as intense as my Body Love Journey.
What am I Listening To?
Still Listening to Lore, but also listening to the Write or Die Podcast. Listen to it! Just do it!
What I Love
Haven’t found too many mind-blowing products or brands this month. I think mostly Girl, Stop Apologizing is my holy grail this month. Seriously, just go read it.
Coming up
- Merch! Yes, I’m creating merch and a store and it’s gonna be awesome, but this is such a long term project I do not have an ETA at all.
- More reviews! I spent entirely too much money at B&N this month AND I got their membership finally. Expect ALL the reviews.
- Newsletter. Hi, I have a newsletter now so yeah sign up below to know more about these long term projects before anyone else does.
How was your July? Anything to recommend to me that you found this month? What would you like me to write about in August?
PSSS. Don’t forget about my new Newsletter. Sign up below!

August 2, 2019 at 8:40 amHope this month goes better for you! I’m glad you had a good Camp NaNo (I…did not, as I underestimated how much time my internship would take up ???♀️) – it’s always good to write more.
Aw, I love the Write or Die podcast! Have you listened to First Draft with Sarah Enni?
