Hi dreamers!

Sorry for missing my post yesterday, I needed a mental health day before we left on our trip. In fact! That’s what today’s post is about, this year’s Christmas!

So as some of you might know my girlfriend, Josie grew up in Florida before moving up here to Wisconsin for college. (Check her blog out here.) We’ve been long distance since we were juniors in high school because I grew up in and went to school in Massachusetts. So after moving in together this July, this is our first Christmas together! She’s met my whole family on various visits since I went to school in-state, but I’ve only met her youngest sister when she came to visit in November.

So tomorrow morning we’re getting on a plane to go to Florida for a week and a half! (Keep in mind, I hadn’t been out of New England until my freshman year of college because my family couldn’t afford to travel that much.) I’ll be meeting most of her family and we have quite a few adventures planned.

For one I’m leaving the country for the first time! Josie, her two sisters, and I are going on a cruise to the Bahamas and Josie and I are spending a day in Disney World with my friend who’s doing the Disney College Program.

On top of all those adventures I get to learn new Christmas traditions and will do a whole travel recap when I come back!
